Emeril's® Southwest Seasoning
Ingredients
2 tbsp. Each chili powder, paprika
2 tsp. Ground cumin
1 tsp. Each black pepper, cayenne pepper, crushed red pepper
1 tbsp. Each ground coriander, garlic powder, salt, dried oregano
Directions
Combine all ingredients thoroughly. Use as needed
