Tonight we had an awesome dinner, we used my Bean Pot and slow cooked a pork tri-tip seasoned with sea salt, freshly ground pepper blend and thyme.
Krystal had a meat alternative since she's vegetarian now. The side dishes were scalloped potatoes, broccoli & cheese, and corn since my husband won't eat broccoli unless it's raw.
