1/2 c. soy sauce
1/2 c. water
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. brown sugar
2 tbsp. salad oil
1/4 tsp. liquid hot pepper sauce
1 clove garlic, crushed
1/4 tsp. freshly ground pepper
Combine all ingredients. Makes 1 1/4 cup. Goes good with chicken, pork or beef.
